5 B’s BBQ

5 B's BBQ is a family-run barbecue restaurant at 303 E Tomichi Ave in Gunnison. The Brown family says it began as a catering business and a lunch-and-dinner trailer before settling into its current spot, and the meats are smoked onsite. The menu covers beef brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sliced chicken breast and burnt end sausage, offered as plates with two sides, by the pound, or on handheld sandwiches. It also lists smash burgers, BBQ tacos, loaded baked potatoes and house-made sweets.

There is a sports bar serving beer and cocktails, a summer patio, and a party room that the restaurant says seats up to 65 people. Dine in, carry out, order online or book catering for weddings, reunions and other events.
