Back Country Cafe is a family-run breakfast spot at 138 N Main St in Gunnison, Colorado. The Bare family opened it in 2017, and it calls itself Gunnison's original breakfast bar. Breakfast is served all day, and lunch begins at 11 a.m.
The breakfast menu covers eggs cooked to order, three-egg omelettes, skillets, eggs Benedict, pancakes, waffles and French toast, plus green chili-smothered burritos and huevos rancheros.
