The Brushfire

The Brushfire is a coffeehouse and bookstore at 120 E New York Ave in Gunnison, Colorado. It is run as a Christian ministry by a team of staff and interns, and it describes the space as a place for face-to-face conversation, with games and puzzles on hand as a break from screens.

The shop also holds a bookstore and library of biographies, non-fiction, poetry, novels, pamphlets and Bibles, which can be borrowed or purchased. Events during the year include open mic nights, Bible studies, guest speakers, food contests and movie nights.
