The Down Valley Attic

The Down Valley Attic is an event space at 375 Spring Creek Rd in Gypsum, Colorado, a few minutes from Vail and the surrounding area. It sits on the top floor of Alliance Moving Systems, with both interior and exterior entrances. The space is booked for business presentations, family gatherings, music events, wedding gatherings and other group functions, and it accommodates groups of roughly 20 to 60 people.

Inside, the venue has a private bar and kitchen, a 9-foot championship pool table, a foosball table, darts, a sports room filled with memorabilia, and a stage room with music production equipment. The space can also be recorded or streamed for events. Reservations are arranged through the website or by contacting the venue directly.
