Blue Sky Baking Co. is a from-scratch baking studio at 235 CO-133 in Hotchkiss, Colorado, working inside Farm Runners Station in the downtown area. The bakery makes custom wedding and celebration cakes, specialty desserts and dessert tables using locally sourced and organic ingredients, and it serves communities across the Western Slope.
A pastry case with freshly baked, seasonally inspired pastries and desserts is available for walk-in customers, and takeout is offered. Popular cakes and confections can also be ordered through the online shop for pickup Thursday through Sunday with 48 hours notice.
