Third Bowl Homemade Ice Cream

Third Bowl Homemade Ice Cream makes small-batch ice cream in Hotchkiss, Colorado, at 230 E Bridge St. The company cooks, pasteurizes and freezes each batch individually, using organic and locally sourced ingredients where it can, and bakes the cookies, cakes and marshmallows that go into its flavors. Third Bowl began in 2011 and opened its first shop in Crested Butte in 2012.

The Hotchkiss operation focuses on wholesale. Pints are sold at local grocers across southwestern Colorado, and scoops are served at partner scoop shops and at a Grand Junction shop that opened in August 2025.
