MTN Prime is a steakhouse and restaurant at 1600 Miner St in Idaho Springs, Colorado. It was founded by two longtime friends and restaurateurs, and the kitchen cooks from scratch. The menu pairs with rare and premium spirits and wines.
The restaurant occupies a historic mountain building that once served as the town's grocery store, and art on the walls honors the region and its history.
