Description
Seven Rivers Steaks, Seafood, Spirits is a steakhouse inside Sky Ute Casino Resort at 14324 US Hwy 172 North in Ignacio. The menu centers on U.S.D.A. choice cuts of beef and seafood dishes, along with a wine list and desserts. Chefs work from an exhibition kitchen, and the restaurant describes its dining room as having deep wood tones and a historic casino steakhouse feel. The name honors the seven rivers of southwest Colorado that have been important to the Ute people.
The Seven Rivers Lounge is a quieter space for classic cocktails, happy hour and appetizers, or a drink before dinner. Reservations are accepted, and a reservation link is available on the restaurant's website.
