Taste of Denmark is a Danish bakery at 1901 S. Kipling Street in Lakewood, Colorado. It is run by owners Ronny Tronoe and Diana Honoe, who together have about forty years of experience in Danish baking and both attended a pastry chef school in Denmark.
The bakery's website notes that Ronny won a Danish young baker competition in 1990 and represented Denmark at a European bakery championship in Brussels. He later worked as a pastry chef in Solvang, California, and has since run bakery shops in both Denmark and Colorado. Call ahead or check the website for the current selection.
