Bandana's BBQ serves Southern-style barbecue at 195 S Union Blvd in Lakewood. The restaurant says its pork, brisket, chicken and ribs are seasoned with a dry rub, cooked sauceless over select hardwoods in real wood smokers, and hand-cut to order. Pork butts and special beef cuts smoke for about 14 hours, ribs and chicken for about 5.
The menu also includes sausage, turkey and house-made sides such as potato salad, cole slaw and barbecue baked beans slow cooked with chunks of smoked meat. Guests can dine in, order takeout or delivery, order online, request a reservation, or arrange catering. Gluten-free menu items are available.
