Kickin Chicken is a family-owned chicken restaurant at 275 S Union Blvd in Lakewood, with a second location in Aurora. The kitchen hand-breads its chicken to order and says it never uses frozen chicken. The short menu features a chicken thigh sandwich on buttered Texas toast, tenders with a choice of sauces, chicken and waffles served with a cheddar jalapeno bubble waffle, and chicken katsu over fried rice.
Entrees come with a choice of side, including Mexican street corn, mac salad, vegetable fried rice, Vietnamese slaw or fries. Sauces are made in-house, and drinks include Thai iced tea and Vietnamese coffee. Takeout and catering are available.
