Yianni’s Gyros Place

Yianni's Gyros Place is a Greek restaurant at 10450 W Colfax Ave in Lakewood, owned by a local Greek family with a background in the restaurant business around the Denver area, New York and Florida. It opened in September 2010.

The menu centers on gyros, with lamb and beef gyro meat cooked the traditional way on a circular broiler. Pork or chicken souvlaki, falafel and hummus, and Greek salads sit alongside NY steak sandwiches, a Philly cheese steak pita, Greek burgers and BBQ ribs. The tzatziki, Greek dressings and baklava are made in-house. There is a kids menu, dine-in seating and pickup orders by phone. Large orders and catering are welcome, with quotes available by phone.
