Taqueria Nueva Union

Taquería Nueva Unión is a food truck serving Jalisco-style Mexican food in Lakewood, Colorado, at 1200 S Wadsworth Blvd. Because it's a food truck, locations can change, so it's worth confirming where to find it.

The menu centers on street tacos with a choice of meats such as asada, al pastor, carnitas, chorizo, barbacoa, lengua and tripa, along with birria quesabirrias, burritos, smothered burritos, quesadillas and tortas. Breakfast burritos, plates like huevos rancheros, flan and tres leches cake, and aguas frescas and Mexican sodas round things out. The truck describes its cooking as traditional Jalisco recipes.
