Wave The Grain Bakery- Littleton

Wave the Grain is a gluten-free bakery and cafe in Littleton on West Bowles Avenue. The kitchen is 100% gluten-free, and the bakery says it keeps ingredients, surfaces, ovens and utensils maintained to avoid cross-contamination. It was started in 2014 by Allyson after her son was diagnosed with Celiac disease, and it is now under new ownership.

The menu covers breads, bagels, croissants, cinnamon rolls, pies, cupcakes, cookies and scones, plus breakfast burritos, pasta and coffee drinks. Vegan, dairy-free and keto options are available, and the weekly rotation includes cannolis, pop-tarts, cupcakes and donuts. The bakery also offers takeout, catering, wedding cakes, table reservations and private party bookings in its bakery space.
