Description
Zymos Brewing is a neighborhood craft brewery on South Lowell Boulevard in Littleton, founded in 2019. Beers are made in a 5 barrel on-site brewhouse, with a lineup that runs from traditional lagers to malty stouts. A separate Zymos Underground series covers foeder-aged and barrel-aged beers and unusual one-offs. The taproom has 26 taps and non-alcoholic options.
The brewery describes the taproom as a gathering place for board games, conversation and community events such as trivia, poker nights and a book club. Food is limited to pre-packaged snacks and visiting food trucks, and guests are welcome to bring in food or order delivery. Catering is available.
