Description
Combi Cafe is a Littleton-based catering operation, with a delivery-only address on West Long Drive. It is the Combi Taco Catering kitchen, founded in Denver in 2018 by chef and owner Alejandro Flores-Munoz, serving Mexican food to the Denver metro for corporate lunches, weddings, schools and large gatherings.
The taco bar is the centerpiece, with three meats, a veggie option, house salsas, rice, beans, tortillas, Mexican corn and cajeta-filled churros. Breakfast catering covers burritos and chilaquiles, and full-service staffing is available for events from 25 to over 1,000 guests. A 1978 VW Bus food truck can also be booked for events, and its locations change by booking. Call or email to check dates.
