Pho Broadway

Pho Broadway is a Vietnamese restaurant at 6645 S Broadway in Littleton, built around phở, the rice noodle soup the menu calls Vietnam's national dish. The kitchen says it simmers its beef broth for around 12 hours and serves each bowl with bean sprouts, basil, lime and jalapeno. Bowls come in small, regular and large sizes, with beef, chicken, shrimp, seafood and vegetarian-with-tofu versions.

The menu also covers spring rolls and crispy egg rolls, vermicelli noodle bowls topped with grilled meats, and rice plates including pork chop, fried rice and orange chicken. Vegetarian egg rolls and tofu dishes are offered, too. The restaurant's website has the full menu.
