Monk & Mongoose Coffee Co is a craft coffee shop at 9580 Ridgegate Pkwy in Lone Tree, with a second shop in the Denver Tech Center. It brews exclusively with Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters, a Denver-based roaster, and pours loose leaf Spirit Teas.

For a light bite, there are pastries from Handcraft Bakery, such as scones, croissants and muffins, along with organic fresh foods from Overt Kitchen.
