Description
Georgia Boys BBQ is a Southern-style barbecue restaurant at 250 3rd Ave in Longmont. The brand began in 2010 when two Georgia natives started delivering homemade BBQ in brown bags around Boulder, and it opened its first shack in Longmont in 2011. Today it runs multiple restaurants, food trucks and a catering operation.
The menu centers on slow-smoked brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken thighs, turkey breast, hot links and St. Louis style ribs, served as meat plates with two sides and Texas toast. Starters include smoked pork belly in a maple bourbon glaze, signature smoked chicken wings, fried okra and pickle fries. Online ordering, catering and reservations are available, and the restaurant offers a happy hour and cocktail menu.
