300 Suns Brewing

300 Suns Brewing is a locally owned brewery and scratch kitchen at 335 1st Ave Unit C in Longmont. Nearly all of its beer is brewed on site, with 14 to 18 taps running at a time, and the taproom also pours wine, cider, cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Taster trays and flights are available, as are freshly canned 32-ounce cans to go.

The kitchen makes burgers, sandwiches, salads, poutine and Nashville hot chicken, which comes as tenders or a sandwich in four heat levels. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are on the menu, and some items can be made with a gluten-free bun. A brunch menu runs on select Sundays. Families are welcome, with a kids menu, and dogs can join on the outdoor patio. Seating is first-come, first-served, and online ordering and catering are available.
