Description
The Post Longmont is a restaurant and brewery at 1258 South Hover Road in Longmont, built around fried chicken and house-brewed beer. The building was once a Pizza Hut, and the restaurant says it later appeared on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Fried chicken is served gluten free, alongside Colorado-inspired dishes such as beer-braised short rib, walleye, salmon, salads and vegetable sides.
