Description
ShortD's (pronounced "Shorty's") is a small-batch coffee roaster at 5530 Morgan Way in Longmont. Beans are roasted on demand, and customers choose light, medium or dark and can adjust the profile after a first order. Colombian, Brazilian, Guatemalan and Sulawesi Kalossi beans are sold through its online shop.
The business also runs a mobile beverage trailer and offers beverage catering for events, with handcrafted espresso drinks, cold brew, frozen hot chocolate and Italian cream sodas. Coffee subscriptions and local delivery are available, and the trailer appears at community events around Northern Colorado.
