Description
Spice Fusion is a restaurant inside Parkway Food Hall at 700 Ken Pratt Blvd in Longmont, bringing Japanese, Thai, and Indian dishes together under one roof. The kitchen was founded by a group of Nepalese culinary enthusiasts, and each cuisine keeps its own recipes and cooking style. Dishes are prepared fresh to order.
The Indian side of the menu includes chicken tikka masala and curries served with naan made from scratch and baked in a stone oven, with mild, medium, or hot spice levels. From the wok come pad Thai and drunken noodles, and the kitchen also hand-rolls sushi and builds customizable poke bowls, where guests choose the base, protein, toppings, and sauce.
