Red Cedar Bistro

Red Cedar Bistro is a Mediterranean restaurant at 516 Main St in Longmont, on the city's Main Street. The kitchen draws on the cooking of Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Morocco, and says it makes everything from scratch, using produce from local farms and bison and lamb from Colorado ranches where it can.

The menu runs from tapas and appetizers to a loaded gyro, falafel wrap, lamb burger and flatbread pizza, plus pastas such as spaghetti and meatballs, tortellini rose, shrimp piccata and a lamb bolognese. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diners are accommodated. There is a sidewalk patio, a bar with cocktails, local craft beer and Mediterranean and domestic wines, and a kids menu. Catering is available, and parties of seven or more are asked to call ahead for reservations.
