Jefes Tacos & Tequila is a modern taqueria and tequila bar at 246 Main St in Longmont, Colorado. Chef and owner Sean Gafner, who grew up on a California farm, draws on the taco trucks and small Mexican restaurants of his youth and pairs them with locally sourced ingredients, including beef and pork from a Longmont ranch.
