Abo’s Pizza Longmont

Abo's Pizza is a New York-style pizzeria that opened in Boulder in 1977 and now runs nine owner-operated locations along the Colorado Front Range. This Longmont location is at 1834 Main St. The pizzas are hand-tossed and baked on bricks in deck ovens, using dough made fresh each day, a sauce recipe the company traces to the Rocky Graziano family, and skim mozzarella.

Pizzas come in 12-inch, 16-inch and 18-inch sizes, and the big slices are cut from 20-inch pies. Gluten-free crust is available in the 12-inch and 16-inch sizes, though the kitchens are not dedicated gluten-free spaces. Online ordering and catering are offered, including on-site catering where the ovens come to your event, and the late-night option is handy after a show on Main Street.
