Tokyo Joe’s

Tokyo Joe's is a fast-casual Japanese and Asian-inspired restaurant that started in Colorado in 1996. The menu covers made-to-order sushi rolls, build-your-own rice and noodle bowls, poke bowls, salads and small bites like spring rolls, potstickers and edamame. The restaurant says it grills or steams its food rather than using deep fryers or greasy woks.

This location is at 15 Ken Pratt Blvd in Longmont. Takeout, delivery and online ordering are available, and catering comes as bowl and poke bars, bento boxes and sushi platters. Bento boxes are offered on weekends only, and a kids menu is available.
