Ironton Distillery (Pop-Up Bar)

Ironton Distillery is a Colorado craft distillery that has set up a pop-up tasting room at 1303 Empire Road in Louisville after leaving its Denver location in December 2024. The team makes its spirits onsite in small batches, using filtered house water and local ingredients where possible.

The tasting room pours the distillery's whiskeys, gin, vodka and liqueurs, along with cocktails, beer, non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Happy hour and private events are available. Reservations are not taken, and the distillery notes that dogs are welcome with a leash.
