Fat Shack is a late-night-minded American brand built around burgers, wings and what it calls Fat Sandwiches: long rolls stuffed with items like chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, cheesesteak and french fries. The menu also covers Angus beef burgers, boneless fingers, Philly cheesesteaks, shakes and deep-fried desserts such as Oreos and funnel cake bites. Founded in New Jersey in 2010, the brand moved its first full store to Fort Collins, Colorado, and now operates around 30 locations across the country.
