Manitou Brewing Company

Manitou Brewing Company is a small brewpub on Manitou Avenue in Manitou Springs, at the base of Pikes Peak. It opened in March 2014 and pours beer brewed on site across 18 taps. The pub, cellar and brewery sit in a building that was once the Manitou Burro Line, where visitors rented burros for the ride up Pikes Peak.

The beer list includes a Manitou Lager, a Witbier, a wheat ale, fruited sours and saisons, and barrel-aged offerings, with flights and 25.4-ounce crowlers to go. The kitchen describes itself as locally sourced, and wings are on the menu. Gluten-free options, takeout, catering and online ordering are available, and the brewpub says it does not take reservations.
