Description
Adam's Mountain Cafe sits at 26 Manitou Ave in Manitou Springs, at the base of Pikes Peak. The kitchen makes nearly everything in-house, including chai, syrups, soups, sauces and desserts, and the menu draws on Latin, Mediterranean, Asian and North American cooking.
