Description
Rocky Mountain Beignets is a cafe at 724 Manitou Avenue in Manitou Springs, in front of the Wichita Parking Lot. It began as a food truck in Woodland Park in 2019, run by the Chism family, and moved to its Manitou Springs location in June 2021, with the indoor cafe opening that September.
Beignets are made to order from dough prepared in house and fried in cottonseed oil, so they contain gluten and are not vegan. The cafe also pours coffees, lattes, cappuccinos and café au lait, and sells gifts along with Louisiana and local Colorado products. Large orders of three dozen or more can be arranged for pickup or delivery, and there is a second location in downtown Colorado Springs.
