Minturn Saloon

Minturn Saloon is a Tex-Mex restaurant and bar at 146 Main St in Minturn, Colorado. Its building dates to 1901 and has housed a restaurant and bar throughout its history, once also serving as a pool hall, boxing hall and gambling spot. The current owners renovated it to preserve that past.

The saloon is a known stop for skiers finishing the Minturn Mile out-of-bounds run, and its margaritas are part of that tradition. It also hosts private events, including wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, corporate gatherings and apres-ski parties, with a covered patio and a riverside patio in summer. Online ordering and reservations are available, and the menu is on the website.
