Description
Rocky Mountain Taco is a Vail Valley taco spot started by longtime local residents who have cooked together in kitchens for over a decade. The menu centers on Mexican food made fresh from quality ingredients, and the brand also runs locations in Avon. This location is at 291 S Main St in Minturn.
The Minturn spot has dine-in seating with an expanded dining area and a patio, and it serves beer, canned wine, margaritas and hard seltzer. Catering is available by the pound, with a choice of taco fillings, tortillas, toppings and sides, for weddings, graduations, festivals and other large events.
