Bluecorn Cafe & Mercantile is a cafe at 1842 S Townsend Ave in Montrose, set inside a working beeswax candle factory, with a view into the production space. The kitchen serves breakfast sandwiches and burritos, avocado toast, quiche, and yogurt parfaits, with soup, salads, paninis, and grilled cheese added from mid-morning.
