The Deli At

The Deli At is an East Coast-style deli at 34 E 1st St in Nederland, Colorado. The restaurant says it has been open since 2007 and uses Boar's Head meats and cheeses. Hot and cold sandwiches are made to order, and the kitchen also turns out breakfast sandwiches, homemade calzones and strombolis, meatballs, fried eggplant and chicken cutlets, soups, lasagnas and salads. Meat and cheese are sold by the pound, and vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

Guests can call in an order, or eat in the dining room or on the back deck. Catering platters of assorted sandwiches are available by phone, with sides such as potato salad, cole slaw or pasta salad, and reservations are accepted.
