Crosscut Pizzeria and Taphouse

Crosscut Pizzeria and Taphouse is a wood-fired pizzeria and taphouse at 4 E 1st St in the mountain town of Nederland, Colorado. The kitchen makes its pizza dough with organic, Colorado-milled flour and a three-day fermentation, and builds each pie one at a time from a long list of sauces, cheeses, meats and vegetables.

Beyond pizza, the menu includes salads, burrata caprese, hummus, marinated olives and housemade focaccia crostini, plus homemade ice cream. The bar pours rotating beers and ciders on tap, gluten-free and non-alcoholic beer, and a wine list of house and imported bottles. Seating is first come, first served, with takeout available by online order or at the bar, and leashed dogs are welcome on the patio.
