Description
Mouse's Chocolates & Coffee is a family-run chocolate and coffee shop at 520 Main St in Ouray, in Colorado's San Juan Mountains. The shop makes fudge, toffees, caramels and truffles by hand and describes using Belgian chocolate. Coffee and espresso are roasted in house.
The coffee is roasted on an antique machine that runs without computers or programs, a method the shop says only a handful of roasters worldwide still use. Chocolate and coffee can also be ordered through the website and shipped.
