Rosie’s Pizzeria

Rosie's Pizzeria is a family-run pizzeria at 100 Country Center Dr in Pagosa Springs, in the City Market shopping complex. It opened in 2005 as a walk-up counter selling New York style pizza by the slice, and the huge slice from a 24-inch pie is still on the menu. Pizzas are made from scratch, with gluten-free and cauliflower crust options, and the restaurant says it has served the town for about fifteen years.

Beyond pizza, the menu covers stuffed garlic knots, oven baked wings, fresh salads, grilled paninis, toasted subs, calzones, stromboli and homemade desserts. There is a full bar with Colorado spirits and craft beers on tap, a patio, and a weekday happy hour. Guests can dine in or take pizza to go, and the restaurant describes live music from local musicians.
