Posh Cakes

Posh Cakes is a bakery at 10471 S Parker Rd in Parker, Colorado, focused on cakes and cupcakes. Cakes come in signature designs or fully custom ones, and the weekly cupcake lineup rotates, with walk-in cupcakes sold Tuesday through Saturday. The shop also makes pies, dessert bars, cinnamon rolls and pot pies.

Gluten-free and vegan options are available on certain days, though the kitchen also handles dairy, eggs, wheat, soy and nuts, so it asks customers with allergies to call first. Signature designs need 48 hours' notice, custom cakes one to two weeks, and the bakery says it can often decorate a ready-made cake the same day. Online ordering and takeout are available, and the shop also carries candles, cards and gifts.
