Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is a burger and frozen custard brand that opened its first restaurant in Wichita, Kansas, in 2002 and has since grown to more than 500 locations. It is named for the father of co-founders Bill and Randy Simon. Steakburgers are made with lean ground beef, pressed thin and cooked to order, and the menu also includes all-beef hot dogs, steakburger bowls, concretes and flavored lemonades and teas.
