Description
JAKs Brewing Company is a craft brewery and taproom whose name comes from its founders, Jeff, Antonio and Ken, who served in the Air Force. The brand describes itself as family-focused and community-oriented, with a red star logo and unit emblems and photos on the walls that honor Air Force heritage.
The Falcon location is at 11860 Stapleton Dr in Peyton, one of four JAKs sites in the Colorado Springs area. The beer list runs from Purity Pilsner, Mexican Lager, Golden Ale and Brown Eyed Girl to hoppy styles like the JAKRabbit IPA, plus seasonal pours such as Pumpkin Spice and JAKtoberfest.
