Description
Elevation Beer Company is an independent craft brewery and taproom at 115 Pahlone Pkwy in Poncha Springs, Colorado, near Salida and Monarch Mountain. The brewery has been making beer since 2012, with styles that include IPAs, lagers, Kölsch-style ales, porters, stouts, barrel-aged beers and seasonal releases. Flagship pours named on its site include First Cast IPA, 8 Second Kölsch and Little Mo' Porter.
The taproom serves beer on draft and to go, and a food truck partner on site cooks to order, working Elevation beer into recipes where it can. The patio offers outdoor seating, and friendly dogs are welcome outside. Free parking is available, and the taproom is accessible and offers guest Wi-Fi. Families are welcome. The brewery hosts live music, trivia and private events, and offers catering, takeout and online ordering.
