Description
Bingo Burger is a burger restaurant at 101 Central Plaza in Pueblo, Colorado. The signature burger mixes fire-roasted Pueblo chiles into Colorado beef and is cooked to order. Fries are also made to order, and the menu includes hot chicken, milkshakes and malts, and Colorado craft beers.
The restaurant launched the burger at Pueblo's Chile & Frijole Festival in 2007 and opened a brick-and-mortar shop in downtown Pueblo in 2009. It now has two chef-owner-operated locations, and it offers a build-your-own burger option and gluten-free buns. Online ordering and catering are available, with catering requiring 24 hours notice.
