Description
Twenty One Steak is a steakhouse at 101 S Main St in Pueblo, Colorado, on the Riverwalk. The restaurant takes its name from the June 3, 1921 flood that devastated the city, and its story is one of community recovery after that disaster. The kitchen focuses on hand-cut steaks and chops, including filet mignon, New York strip, prime ribeye, a bone-in tomahawk ribeye for two and a bone-in bison cut. It says its beef is USDA Prime or naturally raised black angus, naturally aged and broiled at 1600 degrees.
Steaks come with a choice of rubs, butters and sauces, with add-ons like bone marrow, lobster tail and garlic pecorino shrimp. The bar offers signature cocktails, more than 20 wines by the glass and draft, craft, domestic and import beers. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available, and reservations are accepted. Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday, and breakfast is served Tuesday through Sunday.
