Liberty Hall

Liberty Hall is a cocktail bar at 136 Co Rd 105 in Salida's Two Rivers neighborhood. The bar describes its approach as a refined take on a classic Western saloon, with creative twists on classic drinks. The menu is built around signature and seasonal cocktails made with gin, bourbon, mezcal, rum and rye, plus a short list of crafted mocktails. Rotating wine, beer and seltzers, including non-alcoholic options, round out the drinks.

Gourmet popcorn is available as a snack, and food trucks often visit Thursday through Saturday. The bar can host private parties, with room indoors for 50 people and an outdoor patio for larger gatherings. It is owned and operated by Emmie and Thomas Hayes and Sara and Joe Walsh.
