Soulcraft Brewing is a craft brewery and restaurant at 248 W Rainbow Blvd in Salida, Colorado, between G and H Streets. The brewery calls itself Salida's hometown brewery and pours lagers, IPAs, stouts and rotating seasonal beers alongside a kitchen menu.
