Boathouse Cantina

Boathouse Cantina is a Mexican restaurant at 228 N F St in Salida, set on the Arkansas River. Its menu centers on Baja-style Mexican food alongside American favorites, including tacos, burritos, burgers, wings, nachos, pozole and green chile. The kitchen says it makes most of its food from scratch and uses locally sourced and sustainable ingredients when possible.

Guests can eat on the deck overlooking the river or order takeout or delivery online. The bar pours over 23 local draft beers and a specialty cocktail menu. Catering is available, and the restaurant also hosts private events in seasonal event spaces.
