Base Camp Bar & Grill

Base Camp Bar & Grill is a two-story gastropub at 73 Wood Rd in Snowmass Village, at the base of the ski resort. It was founded in 2010 by five friends and serves new American food alongside Colorado craft beer, cocktails and wine. The restaurant has three bars, a downstairs patio with a large fire pit, and a rooftop terrace with views of Snowmass Mountain.

The menu covers starters like smoked trout dip and charred shishitos, salads, a wagyu burger, a poke bowl, pulled pork and milkshakes, with gluten-free and vegan items marked. The restaurant says it pours 24 rotating Colorado beers on tap. Reservations are accepted, and the team handles private events and catering, both on-site and off-site.
