Description
Cinco De Mayo is a family-run Mexican restaurant at 1755 Lincoln Ave in Steamboat Springs, about a mile west of downtown. The kitchen, led by owner and head chef Jose Colin, cooks what it calls Mexican Fusion cuisine, with tortillas and bread made fresh daily. The menu covers breakfast, lunch and dinner, with tortas, tacos and burritos as the main focus.
Breakfast burritos, chilaquiles and breakfast tacos are served in the morning, and the dinner side includes pork belly banh mi tacos, birria tacos and carne asada plates. Guests can dine in, enjoy the outdoor patio, order online for takeout, or stop by during happy hour. Catering and private party bookings are also available.
